Domain Ranking Factor
1. Domain age
It is a common question whether the age of the domain plays any role in the ranking. There are different types of theories before, but many SEO specialists think that the new domain gives better results than the old domain ranking. But domain age seo is also important.
Accordingly, as your domain gets older your ranking maturity also increases.
However, this does not mean that you will always use the expired or expired domain. There are many things to consider when using an expired domain, especially its backlink profile.

If Google traces a domain owner as a spammer, it will have the same effect as the rest of the domains on its Ownership.

This domain is prefixed in a country / area search result when a country code Top Level Domain (ccTLD) is specified. An example of ccTLD is: .com.bd domain.

H1 tag is the second title tag. If Google considers the title of your website as the main Google Ranking Factors, then the H1 tag can be called as a secondary ranking factor. But keep in mind, it’s not okay to use more than 1 H1 tag on a page / post.

The length of the content rank assumes a significant job in this. Because Google consistently needs to give the client precise and more data simultaneously. So if your content is tiny then ranking will be tough. Because keyword density is very low, such as it is difficult to rank, keyword density is higher then the chance of penalty penalty on Google.
The question may be, then how many positive keywords can be placed in the whole article? Everybody answers this one in a different way, but my personal opinion is that no more than 3-4 Maine keywords should be used in Article 4 wording.
7. Latent Semantic Indexing (LSI) keyword
As we have seen above, if content is high in keyword density, then Google will look bad and have the possibility of penalty penalties. But it is also difficult to rank an article if it is not a true reliant keyword. An excellent solution in this case might be the Latent Semantic Indexing (LSI) keyword, the LSI keyword means the relative use of the Maine keyword in a term article.
For example: Your keyword is “Keyword research tool”, then its LSI can be “Best Keyword tools”, “Google keyword planner tool”, “google keyword research tool” etc. If you can’t find the LSI keyword yourself, you can use a tool called LSIGraph.
8. Page loading speed
Loading speed is viewed as a significant positioning element in Google or Bing 2 web crawlers. If your site’s page takes too long to load, then it is detrimental to your site. Normally a page should load in 4-5 seconds.

9. Duplicate content
There was a time when websites were ranked as spamming or on the Black Hat Way. At that time, since Google did not use the same rankbrain or artificial intelligence terms as it is now, it often ranks duplicate content. But now is not the time. If you have duplicate content on your website, this is a big negative sign in the eyes of Google and you can get a site penalty anytime for this duplicate content. Therefore, before uploading the content on the site, you should check the content thoroughly with a plug-in checker.
